Go through the terms and conditions before you place your order at Premium Resume Writing. By accepting the below agreement, you are entitled to use the services and allowed access for our website. If in any state, you disagree with the written terms, you are not entitled to use our services.

The company reserves the right to revise, change, amend and edit the policies without any prior notice. If you continue using the services after the provisions have been updated, you agree to the updated version by default.

1. Vocabulary

  • ‘Agreement’ describes the terms and conditions of the company.
  • ‘Company’ represents our firm that provides resume writing services.
  • ‘Website’ gives a visual overview of the services and is accessible to all the users.
  • ‘Client’, ‘User’, ‘You’ is the individual who hires us for our services.
  • ‘Order’ means the electronic request the user sends to us.
  • ‘Order Status’ refers to the progress of the request.
  • ‘Product’ depicts the finished document delivered electronically to the client.
  • ‘Revision’ is the modified, edited or proofread version of the initial product.
  • ‘Quality Assurance Unit’ refers to the team checking the standard of the content produced.
  • ‘Customer Support’, ‘Online Support’, ‘Account Manager’ is the team or member assisting and coordinating with the client’s on-going or former requests/orders.
  • ‘Chat Option’ is a feature on the website used for communication between the client and resume writer.
  • ‘Interview’ is the electronic invite from the potential employer either through call or email after you’ve submitted the resume.

2. Terms of Use

  • Services – The company only offers a resume writing service that is interview-winning. However, we don’t guarantee your dream job.
  • Price – Once you have signed up with the services, you are bound to pay the denoted price. The transaction is processed online over secured HTTPS – PayPal – and the deduction is visible in your bank statement.
  • Quality – The team works relentlessly to deliver your order on time, delivering 100% unique content.

3. Content Uniqueness & Originality

  • Original Content – Premium Resume Writing pledges to provide 100% original and unqiue content.
  • Copyscape Surpass – The company is responsible for checking the originality and unqiuneness of the content via credible plagiarism checking tool, Copyscape. QA team ensures that each product surpasses through Copyscape.
  • Internal Revisions – The QA team sends the product back to the production team in case of plagiarism, uniqueness or compliance issues.
  • Exception – Due to inclusion of legal and technical jargons, some products may result in plagiarism as a requirement.
  • Copyscape Proof – On request, the account manager can assist the client with the Copyscape proof for satisfaction.
  • Extensive Plagiarism Checkers – If the client requests to use or evaluate using other extensive plagiarism checkers, the company would charge additional fee for such stringent compliance requirements.

4. Order Requirements

  • Order Process – After signing up on the website, the client will deposit the upfront online payment via PayPal. They must ensure sending their invoice screenshot as a proof. Provide the company with your project brief and our team would assign the order to the most suitable writer. After stern quality assurance, the product’s prompt delivery will be done via mail.
  • Order Details – While requesting for a service, it is the responsibility of the client to provide correct personal information and all the details related to the order. We make sure to send a questionnaire to our clients to fill required information. In case the client fails to provide complete or correct information, the company will not be liable if the product doesn’t meet the client’s standards. This may also affect the process, resulting in violation of the privacy policy as well as the terms and conditions.
  • Additional Information – The client has to provide additional information other than the personal details for the resume. This includes prior work experience, job preferences, interests, and career objectives. Any certifications, medals or trophies awarded to the client must also be mentioned. Providing complete details related to the profession is the client’s responsibility.
  • Clear Requirements – The instructions must be clear, accurate and precise so that our team can prepare the product hassle-free. Once the product is delivered, the option to revise the document is available.
  • References – If required, the writer is bound to prepare the content according to the given sources. They can use other references from the web in case they aren’t provided to comply with the given requirements.
  • Procedure – Once the client approves the resume content in written via mail or on call with their account manager, the next step would be to get it designed into the chosen template.The client cannot claim refund or cancelation after written or verbal approval on the initial draft.
  • Order Delivery – After completion and approval of the resume design, the account manager would deliver the final product to you in lifetime file storage i.e. Word, PDF or PSD via mail.
  • Point of Contact – For revisions and changes, the client can use the chat option. This feature allows both the online support team and the customer to communicate and stay on the same page.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Product Delivery – The initial draft is delivered to the client according to their chosen package on which the number of days are mentioned. This period is also affected if the client’s approval or feedback is not received timely. Therefore, the clients are requested to stay in touch and respond the customer support team until the order completion.
  • Rush Order Pricing – If the client requires their resume or any other service urgently, the company offers them rush order pricing for their ease. The number of days and cost are linked with each other.

6. Lifetime File Storage

  • Word & PDF Files – If the client has chosen the Word resume template, the account manager would deliver you two lifetime storage files i.e. Ms. Word and PDF.
  • PDF & PSD Files – If the client opts for PSD resume template, they’d receive PDF and PSD via mail.

7. Revision Policy

  • Subjective Writing – Creative writing or resume making is subjective which is why the company understands that it may take some time to get closer to the client’s requirements.
  • Multiple Revisions – Once the client places the order with the company, they would have the right for multiple revisions.
  • Free Revisions – The company provides 3 free revisions on the initial draft which include improvement in content language, wording, modifications and others.
  • Free Revision Limitation – Free revisions are only applicable if the client’s request doesn’t deviate from the initial given instructions/guidelines or are additional requirements.
  • Paid Revision – If the revision is due to deviation from the initial guidelines or is related to the compliance with additional requirements comes under the category of paid revision. The company charges additional fee according to the new requirements for such paid revisions.
  • Revision Options – The client has the following revision options as they have paid in advance.
    • The client can request for edits, modifitcations and tweakings within the given requirements or initial order details.
    • They can request for another writer in case they are dissatisfied with the quality after reading the initial draft.
    • If the client reverts the file twice, back and forth, and still dislikes the content wording or work quality, the client can claim 50% refund of the chosen package.
    • The client can email the revision file to the account manager highlighting the wording or content section under the file for accurate amendments.
  • Revision Turnaround Time – The account manager will send the revised file to you via mail within 48 hours of the revision request.
  • Change Writer – If you are still dissatisfied with the revised version, the company would take the responsibility to get the revision done by the expert writers.
  • Re-Opening Case – In case, the client comes back in future and requests for changes, tweaks, modifications, edits, additions or removal of content in the product, the case would be re-opened but would be considered as a new order requiring additional cost for the services.

8. Payment Method

  • Upfront Payment – The company only accepts upfront payments after sign up.
  • Payment Method – The mode of payment for the services is PayPal.
  • Use of Legit Cards – The clients must use legit credit cards. Use of stolen cards is a serious crime which is why it is forbidden.
  • Cybercrime Reporting – The company works in close collaboration to fight the cybercrime and keep a check on all the fraudulent orders. In case there are any, they are reported to Federal and State Agencies.

9. Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelation Request – Contact the account manager and email them regarding order cancelation.
  • Cancelation Limitations –
    • Once the order is given to the production team for the initial draft preparation, it cannot be canceled. Ensure canceling your order within 3 hours of order placement to get full refund.
    • The client cannot claim cancelation after written or verbal approval or acceptance of the content. Once the approval is given, the production team works in accordance with the approved version to complete the order. If the client doesn’t feel satisfied with the quality of the initial draft, they must state it clearly and get it revised as per the given revision options.
  • Refund Payment Mode – Refunds would be made through PayPal.

10. Refund Policy

  • Refund Request – Contact the account manager and email them regarding order refund.
  • Partial Refund – If the client reverts the file twice, back and forth, and still dislikes the content wording or work quality, the client can claim 50% i.e. half of the refund of the chosen package.
  • Full Refund – The client can cancel the order within 3 hours of order placement to get full refund. But once it is forwarded to the production team, it can neither be canceled nor the amount would be refunded.
  • Refund Limitation– The client cannot claim a refund after written or verbal approval or acceptance of the content. Once the approval is given, the production team works in accordance with the approved version to complete the order. If the client doesn’t feel satisfied with the quality of the initial draft, they must state it clearly and get it revised as per the given revision options.Refund will only be possible if the guaranteed quality is not delivered.
  • Refund Payment Mode – Refunds would be made through PayPal.

11. Reviews

  • Review Posting – After your project is completed and closed, the account manager would ask you to leave positive reviews or feedback about the product and consistent service on the desired website.
  • Honest Reviews – The client should be honest for the company to improve or maintain their quality of services.

12. Ownership & Legal Rights

  • Transferrable Legal Rights – After the completion of the transaction and satisfaction of the order, the client officially gets the legal rights of the content.
  • Legal Right Condition – Legal rights and ownership of the order will only be transferred to the customer upon full upfront payment for the work Premium Resume Writing would do.
  • Right for Changes – After the product is delivered to the client, they have the right to further tweak, edit, modify the product at their own discretion. Premium Resume Writing will not be accountable for those modifications.
